App just stopped working all together. Can't log in or order at all. Been like this a few weeks now and contacting anyone is impossible. Just useless. Gonna buy another coffee machine because this has become a complete waste of time. I mean, Woolies sell the machine but not the coffee. Ridiculous

it seems not to be working, nor are the contact numbers working. The app still does not work, no one answers emails or what app messages. Service is obviously off no importance to Nespresso.

Tried ordering with a coupon and Discovery Miles. Something went wrong and it's impossible to right it. Email remains unanswered and the Discovery Miles I used seem likely to have vanished into thin air. Immensely irritating. Will have to go back to my Lavazza pods
